Retrieves a specified item from an Amazon S3 bucket, returns the file content as base64-encoded data, and returns the values of key response headers as output variables if available.

  • Input
    • AWSAccessKeyId The Access Key ID provided by Amazon Web Services.
    • AWSSecretKeyId The Secret Key ID provided by Amazon Web Services.
    • BucketName The name of the bucket that contains the object to retrieve.
    • FileName The name of the file to retrieve.
    • UserRegion The AWS region that corresponds to the S3 endpoint you wish to access. The default region is "us-east-1".

    • DeleteMarker Returns true if the object retrieved was a Delete Marker otherwise no value.
    • ETag The ETag string for the file.
    • Expiration Appears if the object expiration is configured. It includes expiry-date and URL-encoded rule-id key value pairs providing object expiration information.
    • Response The base64-encoded contents of the file you are retrieving.
    • Restore Provides information about the object restoration operation and expiration time of the restored object copy.
    • ServerSideEncryption If the object is stored using server-side encryption, response includes this header with value of the encryption algorithm used. Valid Values: AES256.
    • VersionID Returns the version ID of the retrieved object if it has a unique version ID.
    • WebsiteRedirectLocation For a bucket configured as a website, this metadata can be set so the website will evaluate the request for the object as a 301 redirect to another object in the same bucket or an external URL.
