Sets the CORS (Cross-Origin Resource Sharing) configuration for a specified bucket.

  • Input
    • AWSAccessKeyId The Access Key ID provided by Amazon Web Services.
    • AWSSecretKeyId The Secret Key ID provided by Amazon Web Services.
    • AllowedMethod The HTTP verb that you want to allow the origin to execute. Valid values are: GET, PUT, HEAD, POST, DELETE.
    • AllowedOrigin An origin that you want to allow cross-domain requests from. This can contain at most one * wild character (i.e. http://*.example.com).
    • BucketName The name of the bucket to set a CORS configuration for.
    • UserRegion The AWS region that corresponds to the S3 endpoint you wish to access. The default region is "us-east-1".

    • Response The response from Amazon. Note that for a successful exection, this API operation returns an empty 200 response.

    • This Choreo uses your AWS Keys to authenticate your account with Amazon, and sets the CORS configuration for a specified bucket. Cross-origin resource sharing (CORS) defines a way for client web applications that are loaded in one domain to interact with resources in a different domain. For more information about CORS and Amazon's implementation of it please click here. The full documentation for this S3 resource can be found here.

      You can either specify individual CORS Rule parameters, or provide a complete XML request body describing the CORS Configuration. Here's an example of a CORSConfiguration XML input:
