Google Drive is an easy way to store and share documents. Your files can be accessed anywhere you are—on the web, in your home, at the office and on the go. The Google Drive API is ideal for developers whose users want to collaborate on documents and store the results in a way that is accessible to every member of a collaborating group.

  • Setup Instructions

    • To use these Choreos:

      • You'll need a Google account. If you don't already have one, you can sign up here.
      • Login to Google's Developer Console, and create a new Project if you haven't done so already.
      • Using the API Manager, make sure you've enabled API Access for the Google Drive API in the Overview tab.
      • Under the Credentials tab, create a new Client ID and specify Web application for the Application Type.
      • When configuring the Consent Screen, make sure you fill out the Email Address and Product Name fields.
      • Save the Consent screen details. Specify this callback URL as the Authorized Redirect URI:

      • Open a new web browser, navigate to the authorization URL returned by the InitializeOAuth Choreo, and click "Accept" to grant the app access to your Google account.
      • Run the Google > OAuth > FinalizeOAuth Choreo, specifying the callback ID returned earlier by the InitializeOAuth Choreo. This process will return a Refresh Token which can be used along with the Client ID and Client Secret to authenticate with Google.
