Creates a new ticket as well as a new requester account.

  • Input
    • Email The email address you use to login to your Zendesk account.
    • Password Your Zendesk password.
    • Server Your Zendesk domain and subdomain (e.g., temboocare.zendesk.com).
    • Comment The comment for the ticket that is being created.
    • LocaleID LocaleID for the new requester. Indicate 1 for English, 8 for Deutsch, etc.
    • Name Name of new requester.
    • RequesterEmail Email of new requester.
    • Subject The subject for the ticket that is being created.

    • This Choreo creates a new ticket as well as a new requester account. Detailed information about the Tickets methods from Zendesk is available here.

      When creating a ticket with an attachment, the Token input will be required and the necessary token can be obtained by first running the UploadFile Choreo.

      If a user already exists with the given email address then the ticket will be made under that user. No updates are made to existing users during the ticket create process.

      Here is an example of acceptable inputs:
