Returns a list of comparable recent sales for a specified property.

  • Input
    • ZWSID Enter a Zillow Web Service Identifier (ZWS ID).
    • Count Enter the number of comparable recent sales to retrieve. Choose a value between 1 and 25.
    • ZPID Enter a Zillow Property ID for the property being queried.

    • This Choreo retrieves a list of comparable recent sales for a specified property. The returned information includes:

      • Address
      • Zillow property identifier (ZPID)
      • Zestimate

      for both the property represented by the provided Zillow Web Service Identifier (ZWSI), and a set of comparable properties.

      Note that this Choreo will return information only for properties for which Zestimate information exist.

      The Choreo queries Zillow's Property Details API described here.
